1. Subject of the contract
These terms and conditions govern the rental and transport relationship between Lamir International LTD and the customer (tenant).

2. Conclusion of contract
The booking of the vehicle by the tenant constitutes a binding offer. The contract is concluded with the confirmation by the landlord.

3. Cancellation policy
For V-Class and S-Class E class :
* Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure: 100% of the rental price is due
* Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before departure: 50% of the rental price is due
* Cancellation over 48 hours before departure: free of charge
For Sprinter and Bus:
* Cancellation up to 72 hours before departure: free of charge
* Cancellation under 72 hours before departure: 100% of the rental price is due

4. Use of the vehicle
The vehicle may only be operated by our driver specifically named. The chauffeur undertakes to comply with all applicable traffic rules.

5. Liability
The lessee is liable for damage to the vehicle that arises during the rental period, insofar as these are not due to normal wear and tear.

6. Payment Terms
The rental price is to be paid as indicated in the contract. In the event of late payment, the landlord reserves the right to terminate the contract.

7. Courtesy
The place of jurisdiction Zurich shall apply to all disputes
